Exp split up when I was pg due to him controlling and gaslighting me. After we split I had nasty texts saying he had seen my ex husband's work van parked two streets away ( he doesn't have a van and I wasn't seeing anyone) asking for DNA tests and I started getting mysterious multiple punctures. After she was born he wanted contact so I agreed eow initially. Then every weekend. Then he started missing weekends vv last minute ( think control thing again). So I stopped contact. After a few weeks he agreed every weekend and a week to take her to the seaside. This year he said he was taking her for 2 weeks in the 6w holidays. Guess what, he cancelled. I referred to agreement saying he would take her away for a week once a year and said I wanted a week in October. He said 'no one makes demands on me' and stormed off. ( Sunday as he was dropping her off). I'm soooooo fed up of this - she's nearly 5 and gets upset when he lets her down . Thanks for reading this far. WWYD?

If theres no contact order by the court then let him contact you for contact. Don't offer it. Don't let her know when he's meant to be coming or not coming because that will just upset her.

I already did that but she keeps asking when is my daddy coming?

Don’t offer contact let him go to court

Keep evidence in a diary

When she asks, distract her x

Agree with others, stop contact, let him go to court.

He is hurting your dd and controlling you.

I usually tell my ds that I don't know but why don't we bake some cakes instead
