To be creeped out by this maintenance man?

After about 3 months of hasselling the letting company they finally sent out a maintenance company to fix my front door. I live above a supermarket so there is two doors, the main one to access the patio that the flats are on from downstairs and then the front door. The patio has a wall opposite the flats with a fire exit only openable from the inside.

The maintenance guy was meant to be here at 8. Fast forward 45 mins and he still isn't here. Then I get a knock on my front door. I assume it's one of my neighbors as they're the only ones who had access to the flats. Turns out to be the maintenance guy. I get confused and ask how he got upstairs as my buzzer didn't go off. He said he rang the buzzer but I didn't answer so he knew a way in over the roof wall. Said he came up the fire exit and climbed over the roof of private office of the shop and our wall. This wall is over 2 meters tall!

I don't want to say I'm a paranoid person i absolutely am but we live in a very busy area and I liked that there was two doors between the flat and the street. Its freaked me out completely that anyone can get up here so easily! AIBU to feel really creeped out and worried?

A random member of the public would assume this wasn’t possible I’m sure

seriously I wouldn't worry too much.
He just knows the flats and knows his way in.
I can see how it would seem a bit creepy..
Have you mentioned it to the letting agents?
