—mainly on becoming stronger / assertive
Are there any preferably short concise books or even you tube clips to watch ?
Anything good to watch or read that’s changed anyone’s nature in this way? Thanks

There is an Australian website called the centre for clinical intervention and they have lots of evidence - based self help workbooks and resources for a number of issues including issues relating to interpersonal effectiveness, self esteem, etc.

Eckhart Tolle - The Power of Now. The audio book is on YouTube as well. Helped towards changing my life.

Nathaniel Barden the six pillars of self esteem , and anne dickson 'a woman in her own right' are very good and very good for anybody.

I also recommend a woman on you tube julia kristina counselling. She has loads of short helpful clips.

Psychologytoday.com has '10 keys to handling unreasonable & difficult people' & a wealth of stuff I've used for anxiety and assertiveness. (I used to panic & fall apart in aggressive confrontational situations) HTH OP.
