To cut off the ILs

MIL is vindictive. It’s her way or else. After a recent row after I caught her lying yet again to get her own way, she told the entire family to send me to Coventry (which they did) and tried to get DH to sneak my son to them without md knowing. (DH told me, showed me the email).

I’ve had it with them. I don’t like or trust them. I don’t think my son gains anything by knowing them, in fact they are bad role models.

Cut them out. Let your DH deal with them and leave them all to their nonsense.

The only people you need in your life are those who show you support, kindness and love. It adds nothing to anyone's life to spend time with people who make them unhappy.

Thank you. I feel guilty but I know my son will be better off without them, or at least MIL but it looks like they come as a package, in his life.

It’s better to cut them out than allow your DS to be controlled by this shit

Furious they tried to divide and conquer, tried to get my son behind my back. Will never forget that.
