I have loads of blackberries, apples and a few plums. I've made jam, apple pie, crumbles, apple sauce, apple upside down cake.

Does anyone have any other recipes or ideas what to do with all my apples and blackberries please?

Muffins?

Roast them with chicken or put in a sausage bake.

Apple snow is a favourite with my plague of locusts lot. It's pretty much just sweetened apple sauce with whipped cream and stiffly whipped egg white folded in. I do like to spoon stewed blackberries over it (if I have some left from making the jam), but sweet little biscuits like langues de chat are beautiful with it too...

You can use this as a filling for pancakes too.

Blackberries freeze well, I always keep some to decorate winter berry cocktail with prosecco and a few berries in the glass as you do with strawberries in summer.
