Aibu to be annoyed that Iv finally decided I want some and they have discontinued them!! I’m absolutely gutted. I have lipoedema and didn’t think they would look right but my feet are suffering and thought sod it I will, and they have stopped doing them! I’m a size 8 wide or a 9 and can’t find any others I like! 😭😭😭

I've got a pair in my cupboard I've never worn, I'd send them to you but they're too small. Have you looked at Amazon and eBay? Bells Shoes do Clarks too.

Ebay is your place. They pop up in dribs and drabs so you'll need to buy it now if you can, but they're the Beyonce of my shoe colony; universally loved and reliable.

Damn, have they? Although I’ve seen black ones on the website recently? There’s some other brogues called ‘netley’ On their website too.

I have a pair and i never wear them as they as so uncomfortable. Sadly they would be too small for you or i would have let you have them.

I also have a pair in the cupboard.

Wore them once and people kept commenting how "smart' I looked (which was not the effect I was going for). Plus they weren't very comfortable.

Think I need to stretch them out, scuff them up and try again this autumn.

I've always found funny dream the most comfortable clarks shoes (lots of nurses wear them too apparently which usually means comfortable)

I keep buying Hamble Oaks then not liking the colour I've chosen.

I just ordered my 3rd pair due to this thread 😄😬.

I got some for £29 from Amazon. They are really comfortable now they are broken in and good for work.

I bought mine 4 years ago and they are the comfiest shoes I’ve ever worn. They are on the outlet and I’m tempted to buy a replacement pair for when they wear out. Good luck on your quest.

I've got a pair that I've never managed to break in, they always rub just under my ankle. They are a lovely looking shoe though so I keep trying!

I just did a search for brogues on the Clarks website (thanks for the reminder, as I was meaning to restock my hamble collection) and Netley Rose seems to be the new model. If you use the code BTS18 there’s 20% discount. Though annoyingly for me, there’s a limited range in wide fitting models.

Ahhhh I was looking at the netley rose ones! I have wide fitting too and it’s so annoying! I’m off to great Dorset steam fair on Friday and so worried about walking around with such painful heels atm :(

I live ok these at work, YANBU to love them!
Top tip, if leather shoes are too tight put on a few pairs of socks and heat the shoes up with a hot hairdryer, it softens the leather so it stretches.

I know they're very different OP, but my most comfortable brogues were from New Look 2 years ago. I wish I had bought 3 pairs to keep wearing them forever... mine were dark wine, but these look similar and are available in 9 wide foot. Other colours too.

Clarks unloop are amazing

Amazing, but so ugly. I wear them for work, and have been googling frantically to try and something just as comfortable but less hideous.

These are my all time favourite Clarks brogues: hotel dream, in pewter. Fit like a glove, and never fail to attract compliments.
