I honestly don't know. Tried google but couldn't find a clear answer

It looks like they've failed to input screening questions for the role

So what do I do. I can't finish the application without putting something in there

Just put a full stop or N/A if it’s their error

Like "What are the hours?" so you need to sound intelligent and think of a good question.... Like "Is there any training with the job?"

Like 'how long is the lunch hour?'

I interpret that as them asking you to ask a specific question related to the role.

My take this is asking you if you have any questions . Always good to have something e.g. about training .
