Help! Completing today and no completion statement

Stressed doesn’t cut it. Movers are here now. Pets are locked away in a room. We are due to complete today and our solicitors still haven’t received the completion statement. They’ve apparently been chasing for ages. It’s a newbuild developer (part ex) and we’ve tried chasing too.
Anybody ever been in this position?

You can probably ( or your solicitors can) make an educated guess at the figure due for completion - check the contract.
Can you send sufficient funds to the solicitor to hold in readiness?
And keep chasing the seller. Make a nuisance of yourself.
Do you you know why they haven't done it yet - is there an amount in dispute?

No dispute. Just very very slow solicitors on developer’s side who are conveniently ignoring our solicitors phone calls.
