I’ve tried this, I had 5 sessions of laser lipo.
The reason I did it was that I’m losing a serious amount of weight with more to lose and I want to help to prevent excess skin at the end of it. I wasn’t doing it for weight/inch loss but I thought if that happened it would be a bonus.
My laser lipo consisted of Bodycavation, RF, Laser liposis. I did a vibration plate straight after and made sure I was drinking 2 litres of water everyday for up to 2 weeks after the last session.
So at the 5 stone mark I did this. Over a period of 5 weeks I did my sessions, with my diet and exercise as well as a vibration plate straight after the session and I’ve lost 12lbs which is 4 inches off my waist and a dress size.
However for my diet and exercise routine this I have been losing 2 to 4lbs a week.
I’m sure that if I was smaller I would have definitely been able to tell if this had really worked or not.
So for me the proof will be at the end and how bad my excess skin is. I did feel like I was tighter after each session. But as I’ve still got 4 stone to lose I was never expecting miracles on the weight loss side of it.
But I definitely enjoyed the experience and next time there’s a special offer I will be booking it again.
