Hi sorry posting for traffic really.

I am applying for my provisional driving licence and need my photo signing. (I don't have a passport so it needs signing.)

The form says someone needs to sign the photo on the back and fill in the form.

I know for passports the signer needs to write on the back that it's a true representation or what not.... Yet I can't see anything about the declaration on the form or online relating to driver's licence.

So....do I need to write the passport declaration on it or just get them to sign the back??

I am probably bu to be so confused about this....

They need to sign the back and there's a section on the form for them to fill in. I think it's near the end of the form.

So just a signature. No declaration.

I just did a friend's son's. Yes it is literally a signature. No certifications
