Couple dry humping ( I hope) in pool

I am absolutely kicking myself for not saying anything although I hate confrontation and have no idea what I would have said . This couple today at a holiday park swimming pool we're bumping and grinding (criiinge) . I had 3&4 year old with me so we got out . Fairly big pool with probably 10 kids playing (3 of their own) and 4 other adults. They were against the side dry humping and maybe more 🤭 I wasn't about to put goggles on and take a closer look . you know when something's embarrassing and you nervous laugh -I wanted to say something but was gobsmacked , I was looking at the life guard with my mouth wide open 😮 aghast ! But he was a teenager who probably felt as awkward as I did. What would I have told my kids if they'd noticed ? Eewww
On a serious note though this is so gross when lots of kids around 😷
Aibu to be pissed of now I never said anything or live and let live etc ?! But what could I have said with 2 little ones with me ? And is there another term for dry humping? , I pray that's all they were doing 😧
I'm still cringing now

I wouldn’t have intervened in case they got violent. I would however have resorted to the lifeguard and insisted he enforced the “no petting” rule as there were children present.

"Oi, pack it in, you two"

"Fuck off home"

"Get a room"

"Grow up"

"If you dont leave now, you will regret it in 9 months time

I would have.

Or you could have told the manager/receptionist.

I would've had to intervene.

"I presume you have a room? Use it"

Dirty buggers.

Maybe a word to the lifeguard/manager/passing member of staff next time. So gross.

I was at an 18-30 resort many moons ago and the complex had to shut the pool due to the shagging shenanigans that happened within it.
Grim.

So awkward if I had though and see them again esp with little ones in tow , and they were doing it intermittently so by the time I'd got someone they could have stopped. They might have cameras though so I could say something to reception and get them to watch it back

They weren't even laughing bumping on each other they looked serious 🤢 and their kids (prob age 8 and up) must have noticed

I think I'll speak to reception in the morning and explain how gross and awkward it was

Heavy petting! Seen it on the pool rules signs, never seen it in the flesh, as it were.

Coco2891 · 19/08/2018 00:06

Yes that's what I'll call it when I speak to my mum tomoz and tell her about it 😂 not dry humping.
