Sky go- as responsive as a ******

Does anyone else have this problem

Trying to fast forward (or rewind) and it just ignores any button pushing, so it goes way past the start of the program

So fucking annoying

It seems more responsive now I've switched to an android phone, was terrible on iPhone if that's any help.

I don’t have any problems with it on my iPad .

Its one if the satellite boxes, driving me bloody crazy

I have the same issue, been with sky Q for 18 months and it's shit, my internet with them are shit.

We had the old equipment before and we were fine with that, but since having the sky Q I'm not a fan at all.

That’s just because you don’t use the remote properly my mum has the same problem and makes me do any fast forwarding with it.

How is it not using the remote properly? I'm pressing the buttons hard, soft, upside down and they're all shit

The remote with the stupid slidey bit and ridiculously sensitive play/pause, forward/rewind buttons is an absolute nightmare and it just seems to eat batteries.

Our main box is fine but we've found the mini box in the bedroom isn't as responsive. We have a normal button remote with that one though so not sure if it's the box or the different style of remote. We did have an extra button one but it's currently lost (possibly inside the sofa which is too heavy for me to move to look).
