There is a reason you can say fecking all over the tv where you would not say fucking. It's not at all the same word. For example feck has no sexual meaning. You can't feck someone (unless you pick them up and feck them over a wall or something). It's a much much lighter word, you can say it in front of your grenneh who would clip your ear for even thinking the word fuck!
