I really need help with my car seat!!

Ok ino this is not aibu more please help me!!

First of all I'm totally thick!!!!

So bought a harmony car seat from Halfords (venture car seat) and the buckle that goes over child is stuck - Iv some how managed to put it the wrong way and now it's stuck!!! Anybody any ideas on how to get it out it won't bloody budge!!!!

Firstly don't just yank.

Second the strap is also twisted and they need to be flat.

Contact customer support or search for the problem on YouTube someone with a similar issue may have filmed how they did it.

They are twisted from me trying to get it out I had to make them as big as I could to get DS out 😩 and customer support are not answering I keep ringing and ringing just rings out

Id go back to halfords and ask, hopefully they can fix it

Think I'm going to have to - just now going to be stuck in a few days before hubby is home (no one to watch DS and not spare car seat as it's in his car with him!) 😏
