Baby Diagnosed with cdh

I was just wondering if anyone out there can relate. My baby has been diagnosed with LCDH at my 20 week scan. I'm so scared of his outcome and the not knowing with only 4 weeks left until due date, its becoming very real.

All the threads I've read are from years ago so just wondered if anyone else has been through simular.

I’m really sorry for your diagnosis.Flowers There is an episode of 1 born every minute where the ladies baby had cdh. Unfortunately her baby passed away but it will have information about what happens after the birth which could be useful if you haven’t seen in

Oh Stacy, this sounds very scary. Have you been given contact details of cdh UK? They may be able to give you telephone or local support groups?

A friend of mine has been through similar. CDH UK are absolutely wonderful at providing support. They have a closed Facebook group as well. My friend and her family have found them invaluable and have made friends and met up with others in the same situation. Do get in touch with them. Sending positive thoughts and hugs to you Flowers

Hi all, thank you for your replies. Yes i contacted CDH UK when i found out they sent a lovely pack out filled with useful things. I've got them on facebook too but can't seem to find a closed group for parents etc . Xx
