Had new fence panels delivered and fitted today. One particular panel has a deep gouge mark in it and the top rail popped off while they were fitting it (They nailed it back down) but on closer inspection noticed the wood has split. Also there are white marks all over it. When I called the company they said it's sap and will go away but it looks really silly and out of place. She said they'll replace it but made out like I was being unreasonable. Was I?
