To not bother cooking dinner? Light-hearted

I normally prep dinner when baby naps at 4 ish. Then it's ready to be cooked for when dp gets in at 6..

But..baby is asleep on me and she's just so snuggly and cosy. I don't want to move.. Ever.!.. So I'm laid in sofa, she's across my chest. The lounge is trashed with toys everywhere, washing needs hanging to dry. But instead I'm having snuggles

So it's either a later dinner.( which I hate being out of time routine ), Or dp gets take away on the way home. .. Hmm.

Takeaway for sure. Enjoy the snuggles that's what is worth your time right now. I'm almost jealous 😁. Mine is somewhat beyond the snuggling stage although cuddles are still in fairly frequent supply!

Get a takeaway - I really miss DD sleeping on me, just enjoy it!

Eggoispreggo · 07/08/2018 16:25

Tell him to get a take away and sod the tidying and cooking! Get those snuggles while you can! (I say with a 5 week old permanently attached to my body on the sofa) 👶😊

Takeaway! They are only babies once ❤️

And she's just bathed and smells soo 'baby' not the sweat bag she did earlier lol..

Just told my 12 yr old well get take away. And he's moaning as he wanted gammon steaks... Lol. Can't please them all lol..
. I hope she never grows out of snuggles but she's a very very cuddly baby.

A 12 year old should be able to cook gammon steaks with you on hand in case of emergency surely???

INeedMoreCakeInMyLife · 07/08/2018 21:11
