I'm sorry you are going through this.
Is the house in your name? If so, go back an let him be the one to leave.

RestingBitchFaced · 07/08/2018 12:27

Who's house is it? Any friends you could visit?

blueskypink · 07/08/2018 12:28

Where's the baby?!

TeeBee · 07/08/2018 12:31

Presumably with its other parent.

Agentornika · 07/08/2018 12:31

Baby is with OP as it says

KirstyJC · 07/08/2018 12:32

Friends or family for now? If not, can you get to the local council / social services office? If you don't have anywhere you and the baby can be safely they might be able to help. If you are named on the mortgage/tenancy then you do have rights but if you don't feel it is safe for you and the baby then maybe deal with that later on. For now, you need somewhere you can go tonight.

TeeBee · 07/08/2018 12:33

Can you go for a walk and calm down. Do you think its worth fixing first of all? I wouldn't recommend going back until you've both had a chance to calm down and think about what you want to do long-term. Whatever happen, you will need to go back and discuss the future with your OH because there is a baby involved. You can't do that while you're both still furious. Maybe go and have some lunch and text him to say you will come back later to discuss.

Agentornika · 07/08/2018 12:41

I don't think I'd want to fix things with someone who called me a twat.

Hope you're OK OP Flowers

Are you safe going back? If you are then go home and line your ducks up to end things in a more controlled way, even if that's calling the police to get him out next time he kicks off.

Do you really have no friends who could put you up for a few days?

If you are determined not to go back to him then present yourself at the Council office as homeless and at the jobcentre to make a benefits claim this afternoon.
