I would be far too ashamed to sell something dirty!

I hear you! Or they say 'just needs an iron' and all you can see in the photo is a crumpled heap of cloth!

There are so many filthy skanks on my local selling page that I no longer use it.

Hmm, if I was giving something away that had a particular worth but was just sitting in my garage I'd say the collector had to take it plus the dust however if I was selling I would dust, clean, dry, iron etc but only because I'm quite anal. It does seem sloppy behaviour not to give an item same basic care.
