Some of the nasty children across the road have been pelting them at my house and car - they’re quite heavy. Luckily they didn’t hit the windscreen. I’m fucking furious.

Pic not showing - I’ll try again

I don’t think the picture has attached. Sometimes they can pop up later.

Frankly though it doesn’t matter what it is, they shouldn’t be throwing things at your house and car.

Fuck’s sake!

It’s a little metal canister thing - I’ve tried to attach three times Angry

Oh, it’s there now!

That's a nos canister. You crack it into a ballon and then breathe it in to get a buzz

EnglishRose13 · 04/08/2018 21:16

Laughing gas canister.

TurquoiseCat · 04/08/2018 21:16

That's a co2 canister. We use them at work for making cream in the aerosol. They're made of glass I think?

feathermucker · 04/08/2018 21:16

They're laughing gas capsules.

Skarossinkplungerridesagain · 04/08/2018 21:16

Nitrous Oxide capsules.

Merryoldgoat · 04/08/2018 21:17

Lovely. This is at a thirteenth birthday party according to the banners outside the hall.

My dad in law uses those in his guns.

LEMtheoriginal · 04/08/2018 21:18

I think they are from soda streams? Dont they give a brief high. Why are children throwing things at your house?

Newlifeisstarting · 04/08/2018 21:18

They look like airsoft canisters, for use with airsoft guns, they would contain CO2.

BrownOwlknowsbest · 04/08/2018 21:18

Nitrous oxide container maybe? What ever it is they should not be throwing it around

Merryoldgoat · 04/08/2018 21:22

I live opposite a community hall which can be hired out. Tonight it’s been hired out for a 13th birthday party it seems.

The children have been there for several hours and about 20 mins ago I heard the sound of stuff being pelted. It was very loud and as I went outside I saw one bounce off the roof of my car.

Three girls across the road went running back inside.

I’ve called the (non emergency) police. Nothing will happen of course. Stupid scummy kids.

BetterEatCheese · 04/08/2018 21:27

I think the police may take this more seriously than you think as these things are a big issue at the moment

SimonBridges · 04/08/2018 21:34

CO2 canisters. Kids use them to get high.

NewYearNewMe18 · 04/08/2018 21:42

The police wont care , they are a 'legal high'.

Merryoldgoat · 04/08/2018 21:43

Well. My neighbour came home whilst I was hovering around my window. She knows some of the children so went over. The mother of the girl came over and apologised and told me to go back to her if I have any more trouble. I told her I called the police but I think we all know this isn’t a priority.

OP posts:
bsbabas · 04/08/2018 21:46

Those kids must be high as fucking kites! I've had one or two once when they were apparently legal and they are an extremely intense high!

bsbabas · 04/08/2018 21:47

Think gas and air but like ten times stronger!

NewYearNewMe18 · 04/08/2018 21:48

Normally you see them out side schools.. We used to have a parent who sold them out of his boot Hmm nothing could be done

Merryoldgoat · 04/08/2018 21:49

I had a tea party at home for my 13th, there were no boys and I was very thrilled as someone bought me a Parker fountain pen.

However, I think that was particularly tame even then Blush. I was never what you could describe as ‘cool’.
