So my delightful ex has had another child, fantastic! Congrats and all that yet he's now stopped paying for the children that he had before!
I have in place an order off cms which he has to voluntarily pay me every Friday. This would be brilliant except I have restraining orders against him for being a woman beating sack of scum. (Convicted) so I cannot contact him or his prostitute girlfriend. Yes, that's how he met her.
I asked them a couple of weeks ago about having the maintenance payments taken directly out of his wages and they said he needs to be given a chance! Of course he had failed to pay a few times so now as of this week he owes nearly £1500 
All all the years of torment and pain he has put myself and my children through wouldn't you think he would at least throw a few quod at us so I can pay the electric or perhaps buy things the children need.
Why on earth are men who refuse to provide for the children they have allowed to impregnate women and have even more children?! It's beggars belief it really is.
Sorry for the rant, I'm just at the end of my tether with it all and boy does it hurt when yet again I have to do even more overtime so my kids can actually eat. So not only do they have a father who doesn't care if they have a roof over their heads they also have a mother who they rarely see to make sure they have that roof!
I'm beyond upset and I don't know where to go from here.
