Sorry just posting for traffic
I have had an awful day so far, nothing major has happened but a few setbacks and weird conversations that have made me second guess myself. I had a whole day/evening of plans but think I’m just going to go home instead as I feel awful. I just feel a bit down (I wouldn’t say depressed but I do feel very low). Basically it’s just one of those days where everything is going wrong, I have already spent more money than anticipated, dealing with hostility/rudeness from others etc
I’m just wondering if you have any advice on how to snap yourself back and not dwell? How can I psych myself up?
