Been quite stressed and down recently. What do you people do to make yourself feel better?

Gel nails (you can buy a kit on amazon for £40-50) after that it’s very cheap I like blue sky polishes

Face masks (I go for hyloronic acid ones)

Massages if you look on treatwell you can get good deals.

Go to the gym for a difficult session and have a fancy bath (nice bath salts) afterwards

I love cooking so I'll plan a nice meal, open a bottle of wine, put on some feel-good music and just have a good relaxing time in the kitchen!

Get outside for a walk somewhere quiet and take in nature. This always clears my head, and I read some study recently that said getting outside (ideally in some green space) even for a few minutes reduces stress. Staying cooped up indoors definitely makes me feel worse.

If neither of those are your thing, I sometimes stick on an easy-to-watch comedy box set (Friends, The Office – the American version, apologies to purists – etc) and chill out painting my nails.

Bake stuff. It's totally absorbing. My neighbours also get a lot of cake out of it, so makes me feel good. Win-win.
