MK ultra was real... lots of celebs in the entertainment industry seem to suffer DID or at least present symptoms that seem similar to dissociative states and alters

Do you think it might still be happening to people in the entertainment industry? I think Justin beiber is meant to have spoken out about it in a church recently, I think Roseanne Barr did too. I'm sure there's others.

But whilst the ones who seem to are ridiculed, wouldn't that be the right way to keep people quiet anyway?

I'd put it down to a lot of drugs. Seriously, the rich and the bored getting offered a lot of drugs, everything from appetite suppressants mixed with alcohol to class A.
Much more likely than the CIA deciding to test subjects exposed to conditions the CIA couldn't control.

It's perfectly normal that performers would have a stage personna that is different from how they are in real life. Ffs I have a very different work personna to how I am at home.

Alter egos and stage personas are very different from “disassociative states”.

Even if people are displaying behaviours which could be linked to mental illness, it’s a big leap to put it down to mind control.

It seems like it was quite widespread that people in psychiatric hospitals especially were being experimented on and abused. This is the UK and the time fits for when the CIA was operating such a program for sure

The Derbyshire hospital is on BBC news... was widespread amongst institutions across the western world. People still won't believe it

Thing is Conspiracycunt yes, soldiers, prisoners and others were experimented on during the Cold War, so far not so much a conspiracy theory as an actual terrible crime by the govt against those affected.
When you try and conflate that with paedophilia rings and Hollywood celebs is when you lose me - and clearly others here - because you are taking the spotlight away from real victims who really suffered and continue to suffer and moving the focus onto speculative, juicy gossip-mongering and from there it's a short step to lizard people in the Palace and chem trails in the sky. Stick to the facts about truly awful abuses of govt power and we're good, when it starts to sound like a Tom Clancy or Robert Ludlum fantasy not so much.
