DH and I are currently looking to move and weighing up all the costs to see if now is the right time.
Why can you not just ring an estate agent and be given a cost of selling?
A couple do have a straight forward price but most insist on valuations before telling you a price.
Does anyone have any positive stories of good reasonably priced estate agents in the West Yorkshire area?
