Recalled veggies...

MIL spent the day here and cooked lunch and dinner for my DC. Very nice of her.

However she went through my freezer and through out the Waitrose Duchy organic veg. She said they had been recalled because they had sweet corn in them.. they haven’t have they?

Don't know why I put this in AIBU I because I’m not going to do or say anything but

some waitrose frozen veg was recalled with sweetcorn in it- I don't know if it was duchy organic veg ones though - im sure their website will tell you

I thought if you cooked them that kills the listeria anyway?

Kintan oh j don’t know, why would they recall them then? Not just warned people to cook well?
