They wind me up and they’re everywhere. Is there anyway to just block out their existence entirely?

Yes, you can block the whole board.

It's in Customise. Where that is depends on how to look at MN. But you can hide topics there.

Yes I found it in customise. I don’t think you can block a whole board (unless someone was being funny and meant just don’t look at mumsnet at all!)

It seems you can only block a topic from appearing in the Active Conversations list.

Oh right. Thought that was what you meant. It prevents you from seeing threads in the topic, if you don't want to see anything about it. Otherwise can't you just not look at the topic?

A couple have been quite interesting, but lots of them I don't understand why they think we would want to ask them anything and why they feel they are of interest.

Yes, it’s fine not seeing them all over Active Conversations. That’s where they were winding me up after all. There’s just so many of them.
