First series was ace, very realistic.
2nd series was ok and then I think it went downhill from there.

Now this series Is utterly ridiculous, to the point where it resembles a crap soap opera!

At anytime any of the main characters meet a member of the opposite sex, they shag them.

Coke decides to go on a "walkabout" for 6 months with no consideration whatsoever about who will look after his (poorly acted) kid.

And then last night was just laughable. "Hmm where can I take the woman I had an affair with and destroyed my family's for when she's distressed? Oh I know, the ex wife will put her up!"

Wtf?? Who writes this shit?? (Clearly a bloke). What a disappointment.

Completely agree! Loved the first (and second series), they should have stopped there.

I liked the first series. I watched one episode of the second series and just thought ‘nope’

They should have left it at one series.

It is ridiculous but I'm still hooked. I love Vik, I can't believe that they're killing him off. He's an oasis in a desert of arseholes.

I think I only watched it for the location, it looks beautiful. Totally unlikeable characters though.

Gave up after the first couple of episodes of the 3rd series as it was getting stupid then.

I’m still hooked, even though it gets more ludicrous by the week. They nearly lost me with Cole’s walkabout, though. Luisa needs to get some self-respect and dump his hairy ass.

Love this show but it lost me on the episode when in two separate strands of the story - two characters Ill Vic and Walkabout Cal both had sex with under written similar looking floatie artsy type female characters after spending a few hours with them.

It made no sense! I actually felt rather annoyed.

However there is always the chance we will see the same story from these new female characters points of view but I don't think they will have time for that.

I do think though that we aren't meant to simply "like" anyone on the show. They are all complicated awkward people doing the wrong thing over and over and that's why I like it!
