Where can I get access to a fax machine in London?

I need a document and the regulating body can't email it to me - they can fax but I don't have a fax machine.

Is there any sort of communications place in London (anywhere I will travel anywhere) that I can get a fax sent to for a fee and collect it?

Never used faxing for anything before in my life!

You can fax to an email address I think.
