Posting here for traffic

We want to go to Bogotá Colombia with a stop on the way there or the way back in Brazil?

Tried flight centre and was very expensive, or maybe I'm not being realistic?

Anyone know who to get w price from?

Thanks in advance

Sorry that's from London

I've flown there a few years back. I went via Paris as it was much cheaper. Direct flights are incredibly expensive. You can also go via Madrid I think.

sunshinewithabitofdrizzle · 30/07/2018 16:07

oh and I booked through Dial A Flight, they're very helpful. Give them a call (dont just look online).

Tentomidnight · 30/07/2018 16:13

Try finding a flight via Europe. We flew via Frankfurt; it was much cheaper and only added about 3hrs on to the journey.

Sparklesocks · 30/07/2018 16:13

Have you looked at sky scanner? Quite good for comparing costs of all the airlines

MooFeatures · 30/07/2018 16:17

Try skyscanner.com

Flightbite · 30/07/2018 16:18

Thank you all! I'll go searching.

Someone also recommended momondo? Anyone heard of them?

Try searching google flight

www.google.co.uk/flights

LaLaLolly · 30/07/2018 16:22

I used to spend all my Summer holidays in Brazil and always flew from Lisbon

peachypetite · 30/07/2018 16:22

Skyscanner

NewYearNewMe18 · 30/07/2018 16:24

Look at going via Frankfurt, it can be a lot cheaper. But you end up losing a bit of time waiting for a connection.

Cheapest route I did was London, Chicago, Miami - a lot of mucking around and changing.

ohreallyohreallyoh · 30/07/2018 16:30

Have you tried Journey Latin America?

toolonglurking · 30/07/2018 17:04

I went through Barcelona to Bogota with Avianca, was reasonably priced, but that was about 5 years ago

DontCallMeCharlotte · 30/07/2018 17:11

Make sure that you delete your cookies after every search otherwise flights you've looked at before go up when you look at them a subsequent time.

JagerPlease · 30/07/2018 17:21

Kayak are pretty good at comparing multi destination flights

LittleMy77 · 30/07/2018 17:22

try cheapoair.com as they're usually better deals than sky scanner with more choice.

Try not to fly through the USA (lots of direct flights to Bogota) as you'll need a transit visa for the connection

JennyHolzersGhost · 30/07/2018 17:24

Go on skyscanner. Figure out flights combo. Note relevant airlines. Book directly on airlines’ websites using different device to the one you accessed skyscanner on (cookies will mean the airline hikes the price the more you look at flight options).
Enjoy. Would love to go.

Ridiculousness · 30/07/2018 17:33

We got really cheap flights to South America with a company called Air Europa

Ridiculousness · 30/07/2018 17:35

Just checked Air Eurpoa website, still very cheap with lots of options....

Flightbite · 30/07/2018 18:24

Thank you everyone! Much appreciated! Love the power of MN!
