I read a while back on various slow cooker v instant pot threads that this was a good buy. I'm a single mum with 3 kids and am seriously thinking that this would be a great buy. But its so expensive. Does anyone have one? Is it really the life changer I imagine it to be?

yabu. Get an instant pot.

Thank you for replying. Why would that be better?

Its far more adaptable, the tefal does only preprogrammed recipes. There is a reason the instant pot is the biggest seller and tops all the reviews.
Like here: the cook4me doesn't even make the top ten: bestelectricpressurecooker.co.uk/top-10-best-electric-pressure-cookers-2017-instant-pot-duo-7-in-1-electric-pressure-cooker/

cook 4me is like 3 times the price as well.

Thanks. I looked at stuff on YouTube last night and couldnt understand the crazy price. I figured there must be a reason.
