I got this in a set at Christmas with an eye mask. Have only just opened it and used the whole spray immediately spraying the whole house (actually one throw!). It smells amazing but have gone online and M&S don't seem to be stocking it anymore!! Do any fellow MNers know if there is a product that smells similar? Looked at the 'this works', 'Next' and 'L'Occitane' but impossible to tell if they smell similar.

Did it help you to sleep though?

babynugget · 29/07/2018 18:15

Don't actually know! Just loved the smell. It's very relaxing - lavender, mint and sandalwood apparently.

Is there an ingredient list? It's likely to be a combination of essential oils that you could replicate and use an aromatherapy diffuser. I have a diffuser from muji that I love.

alternativeusername · 29/07/2018 18:17

X-post - you can def blend it yourself, with practice you can get the right proportions

keyboardkate · 29/07/2018 18:19

OK, thanks, just wondered if it worked for you and might help others who might have difficulty sleeping.

Sorry I have no idea where you might get similar. Maybe l'Occidane or similar?

Katurah · 29/07/2018 18:19

Sounds similar to the Lush sleepy spray - that's amazing too.

Plump82 · 29/07/2018 20:04

Avon do a lavender sleep spray which smells amazing.

Badbadtromance · 29/07/2018 20:30

Aldi do a relaxing room spray that smells devine

babynugget · 29/07/2018 21:10

Thanks for the suggestions folks - I'll definitely have a look at some of those. I only got it at Christmas so it's frustrating m&s are not doing it anymore. If I were to blend myself what sort of base oil or liquid should I use?

dingdongdigeridoo · 29/07/2018 21:27

Is it this pillow spray? This one came in the summer beauty box and is lovely. It’s quite lavendery and herby.

Do you have a pic of the bottle at all?

HappyHedgehog247 · 29/07/2018 21:31

“This Works” is amazing!

NameChangedAgain18 · 29/07/2018 21:33

REN also do a sleep spray.

babynugget · 29/07/2018 21:37

This is it. I've not actually tried the 'this works' one but I had a looked at ingredients. I might give it a try. It's just the most amazing, relaxing smell. I'm regretting using it all on this throw as I think it wound have worked wonders spritzed in my pillow.

I remember seeing that heavily reduced in the New Years sales in M&S. Maybe just seasonal and they'll have it in this year again in the run up to xmas.
If you get an aroma/oil diffuser you just add a few drops of the individual oils you wish to blend into cold water. You don't get the cooking oil smell that you get with the oil burners that heat up with tea lights. This is the link to the muji one I have, though there are loads of different makes ( not sure how to link on my phone, hope it works)
