Unable to use mobile

To make or receive calls whilst at home. I can use wi-fi at home but not my mobile. I'm with virgin mobile who tell me that it's EE who own the mast, there are no updates on the 'ticket' ( presume this is the info between EE and Virgin as to when it will be fixed. ) Spoke to OFCOM last Friday as by then it had been broken 48 hours. They logged a complaint and advised me to do the same with virgin. Duly rang virgin who said they'd raise a complaint and I was entitled to end my contract or they will calculate compensation when it's fixed. ( I only get signal with 3 virgin and EE who all use that mast). It's been 7 days now. WWYD?
