I am about to officially start May leave next week, I've just had a payment deducted from my wage by my employer for pension even though I've contacted in writing to put it on hold.
Contacted hr lady, not there.
Contacted pension company who tells me main HR had said it's not to stop till next month.
Contacted main hr GET THIS because they believe im taking maternity leave unpaid WTH!!! They were not stopping pension till next month.
They've had my notice of pregnancy, my matb1 form and literally everything I could possibly give in writing to say you are paying me this for this long blah blah blah. I am entitled to SMP and the company offers it WTF are they doing?!? I've put it all in writing and considering contacting Acas for advise
I really don't need this a week before my due date!
