AIBU to think that this should stay and not be advertised as a 'plot'.

Character, space and potential. I can imagine a restaurant or boutique hotel with outdoor space. What an opportunity in a great area.

It looks lovely, I agree! Maybe they've just mislabelled it or they don't have a different label for mixed residential/commercial?

It's not being sold as a plot from the description, think it's probably just because it's mixed use so used plot instead

That's almost exactly how I imagined the setting of Behind the Scenes at the Museum by Kate Atkinson to look - with the pet shop downstairs. Weird.
