BOOK recommendations SINGLE MUM, ONE CHILD, NO DAD

hello, just wondering if anyone can recommend any books for my 2.5yo that show single mum households with one child? We have the Todd Parr "The Family Book" that shows lots of different types of families but could do with other books that show our family set up, even if they're not books specifically designed to make different family types acceptable, like Todd Parr's is.

She's just started to ask where her dad is and unfortunately she doesn't have one, I couldn't find a man in time so I had IVF at 38. I'm trying for a sibling but obviously that's not guaranteed.

Any other good advice gratefully received, she doesn't seem to bothered about it at the moment but has mentioned it more than once. She was late talking and still doesn't have a great grasp of language so it's difficult to know what she understands.

No Matter What by Debi Gliori
The Paper Dolls by Julia Donaldson

Not explicitly about single parenting but both lovely picture books that fit your brief and which my DC liked (and made me cry when I read them!).

We have a book called My Big Shouting Day which only has a mum in it - no mention of a dad at all.
