Dd was meant to be doing their cookery class starting next Monday. They called me today to say it wasn't happening - advertised in error on their website, apparently. They are oh-so-generously refunding me the fees for the service they're not providing, but won't provide ay compensation, despite the fact that I might now have to take unpaid time off work.
The worst thing? They did the exact same thing to me last year. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. But there won't be a third time. They're the least reliable childcare provider I have ever encountered.
