I have the most awful uncomfortable legs that are not bordering pain.

I'm a size 14, bit over weight I guess.

To describe the discomfort.
I feel constantly like have walked 20 miles a day. They feel heavy. Really heavy!
They hurt when knocked. And have become quite veiny, more spider veins.
To try and describe it would be the skin and maybe two inch of muscle /fat on the outer part hurts.

Ive just laid down with baby to nap and no kidding it felt like my legs didn't belong to be.. It was almost like my body was laid there and my legs were being dragged down..

I realised this sounds silly. But it's been like it since dc2 was born 4.5m ago

I regularly walk and quite active.. Eat well, yes I do eat a bit more crap Food than I should which I'm trying to stop.

I just feel like I'd be wasting their time asc it sounds stupid.. I do already have an appointment with gp for MH issues the end of the week but don't want to use too much of their time either

If it's been going on for 4.5 months then I would make an appointment with the doctor.

Definitely see your GP. Being a size 14 wouldn't cause this. You've put up with this long enough. I'm not going to try and diagnose this but something isn't right.

Thanks. I mentioned size as thought someone may ask if weight related or something.

I feel like this after dc3. Did you have an epidural, because I did and I worry it's related.

Yes, doctor.

I have a habit of letting things slide and thinking I'd be making a fuss and don't want to 'trouble' the GP about it. It's backfired on me more than once.

Do consider Vitamin D supplements.
Ask your doctor to check your levels.

No epidural.
Havent had a blood test since pregnancy. Was very anemic.. Resulting in a few infusions but that was it.
Think I'll mention it Fri. She's gonna think I'm a right moaner as already know I'm suffering PND and has taken a while to pluck up the courage to go and admit it.
