...to complain to the letting agent?

I moved into a new place today, it's lovely and really nice condition. I have a gas water heater which seems fine for washing up although takes a while for the hot water to come through. I had a shower before bed and the water was scalding for a couple of minutes, which is how I like my showers, with immense water pressure, the went really cold.

I'm not sure if I'm using it correctly as I never had hot water on this system before, always had hot water tanks before, or whether it is something I can raise with the management company (without looking like a numpty).

Anyone have any insights?

Can you look up the gas water heater on Google and see what you can find out? Failing that, no harm in ringing the agency and not necessarily complaining, but asking if they can advise how you can get enough water to shower?
