To ask if there is a cure for hormonal spots?

I'm ttc so came off the pill a few months ago. Since coming off the pill I have a cluster of spots on my chin that look red and angry and my skin is a bit red and blotchy and you can see some pimples when I'm in the light.
Does anyone have any product recommendations?
I have googled but I can't really find much apart from go on the pill which obviously I can't do.

I found when I was ttc acnecide gel was quite gooda.

Do you buy it or get it from the gp?

I use acnecide, great stuff. I buy over the counter in pharmacy
