Rugby. Am I batshit crazy?!

Got tickets for a big rugby game this winter and by this time I’ll have a 3mo baby. I know they are v portable at that age I’m thinking about getting some quality ear defenders and taking baby along with me! Has else taken their baby along to the rugby or will people think I’m an absolute lunatic?

The only thing I would worry about would be keeping him or her warm - I've always found it hard not to get chilled at a winter rugby match. If you can keep them cosy though I don't think it would be a problem? Rugby matches tend to be less aggro than football and I've seen very young kids at them before.

You'll be fine. Rugby matches are v civilised. Just tuck your baby in a sling and keep an eye on her/his temperature. Ear defenders sound a good plan.

I took my 4 months old daughter to motorcycle racing & it was fine. Easier than when they're older and on the move! Re: noise, defo get ear defenders - we used baby banz and she kept them on the whole time. Temperature might be a concern with a winter game so layers will be needed,

Went to the rugby the night before my due date. Gave birth. Back with baby a fortnight later.

Had a season ticket for her first year. No one had a problem

Took my 11 month old on a Lions tour! Sling , layers and ear defenders and you are sorted.

Rugby? No problem. Milk and wrapped up nice and warm will keep them toasty. I've never seen trouble at a rugby game.

Amazon do ear defenders that fit that little btw! We got some for my son for a go karting party!
