Dd 3 work up this morning throwing up but she's alert, talkative and doesn't have any diarrhoea.

But she will throw up if she drinks or eats anything.

I ate pretty much the same as her yesterday and she hasn't been in the sun loads.

What could it be

Little children get more tummy upsets than adults because their immune systems are less mature, and because they put their hands in their mouths a lot more than adults do.
They are also less fastidious with hand washing.

Don't give her any thing to eat but obv keep her hydrated if you're somewhere hot. Is there any medical advice/clinic where you are?

Did you fly OP? Could be a bug caught on the plane.

IT could be anything or nothing...seek medical advice if you are concerned
