Understanding Transphobia

Hey
Not trying to be goady or start a debate just genuinely want to understand better... aibu to say that a lesbian who doesn't want to date a trans woman isn't a terf or transphobic? I've seen a few situations where a lesbian is called those things for saying she wouldn't date a trans woman pre op or treatment but I don't understand why? If she wanted a penis in her, er...life, wouldn't that make her heterosexual? I know there is an argument about not reducing people to their genitalia but this seems really important a point - vaginas and penises are very different and a lesbian probably doesn't want a penis right? So dating a trans woman wouldn't interest her? So why does that make her transphobic? She's not saying she doesn't like trans women just that she wouldn't shag one? So confused

From what I can see there seems to be a big push to try and make words completely meaningless. So yes my definition of a lesbian would be a female who loves other females. They are homosexual which means they love the same sex as themselves full stop I can't understand how this is evening question to be honest. Having sex with a trans woman with a penis is not lesbian sex in my opinion and I don't know why lesbian sex has to be Redefined to now include the penis.

Sorry for delay, I forgot I posted this! I'm still struggling to be honest, I read about a lesbian being ostracised and called transphobic because she didn't want to date a trans woman as they still had a penis. I don't want to be transphobic obviously but how is that bad? It's sexual preference surely? I'm so confused by it all! If a gay man didn't want to date a trans man with a vagina is he transphobic?
