Why do people read ama if they hate it?

Obviously there are divided opinions about ama, but I've been reading some and there's so much anger on the threads from people who think they're stupid. Why read/comment if you're just going to abuse posters?

So do the trans conversations in Feminism, though. I don't want to read them, but I just accept that people do and I ignore them. That's life, innit.
