My neighbors had the fence replaced between out gardens. After lots of hassle from them and bullying behaviour I had to chop down a rose bush that was within my garden and have lost other plants in the process.
I care Home today to find that a plant that was well out of the fences way, and that I had specifically protected has been either removed or damaged beyond much for this year. The fencers have also been in my garden without permission.
Am I wrong to expect some compensation and things to be left in a safe state as they have also left nails/screws poking out when doing the job?
