Chatting to someone on OD for a while and sent him an image which happened to include my email address in the picture. It’s an innocuous email but a bit random eg “[email protected]”. If you were to google just the first bit (in inverted commas) it relates to an old mn username of mine! And a thread about online dating! Aib paranoid or do you think there is any chance he may do this?! Urgh

He's a man! No offence meant but they're not known for their online detective skills in the same way as women are 😂 I doubt it would even cross most people's minds, regardless of gender.

I doubt he would link it to you...for example if someone were to google the first part of my email address it would match profiles on forums that aren't me...if someone were to google my twitter handle there are profiles on forums with the same name that aren't me....don't sweat it, if he asks just say it isn't you...and if he goes to that extent of searching and uncovering your old MN threads then it's a bit stalkerish of him...
