Is there something your DP hasn't told you? Could your baby be a were-baby? If so you'll have to organise nursery and puppy training classes.

BigbreastsBiggerbeard · 15/07/2018 19:44

Ever seen Rosemary's Baby? Grin

Ziggzagg · 15/07/2018 19:46

Don't worry. DD1 was a growler. To the point where one day at nursery, the staff were convinced that a dog had escaped from the kennels next door to the nursery. Proper, deep growling. From a 5 month old.
She's now 17 and has no werewolf tendencies. She's a bit Goth, but that's as far as it goes. Grin

Birdsgottafly · 15/07/2018 19:54

It's a common thing, but they grow out of it.

My GD was made up when someone growled back at her on the bus, at around five months old.

JohnnyMcGrathSaysFuckOff · 15/07/2018 19:55

DS makes Chewbacca noises when he sees his bedtime bottle.

And DH is very hairy....
🤔

JaretsGirlfren · 15/07/2018 19:56

Apparently I used to growl as a baby...but only in the pharmacy Confused

Ziggzagg · 15/07/2018 19:58

@pointythings that made me giggle!!

Not so funny when I'm sat here alone and just hear grrrrrrrr coming from nowhere!!

He's 7 months so I guess it must be normal! Can't remember DD doing it though Shock

DD was a growler. Usually when a bottle was on offer. She was properly hairy as well. Bless her! Grin

RockyisMYRhino · 15/07/2018 20:51

DS was a growler for a couple of months when he was about 5 months ha old - I think he just liked the noise it made. He's 11 months now and very rarely does it anymore

lemonnmeringuepie · 15/07/2018 20:56

DS was a definite growler! I'd get some funny looks as I walked past others, with DS growling away in the pram!

DwangelaForever · 15/07/2018 21:01

My toddler is nearly 2 and still growls occasionally 🙈

shakeyourcaboose · 15/07/2018 21:05

My toddler is also a growler still! Loves doing it in a mirror and again is delighted when receives counter growl! Grrrarrrrrrr!!

Ziggzagg · 15/07/2018 21:17

Oh I don't think I can cope another 18 months!! My nerves are shot nowGrin
