To ask if the website spare room really has an automated response from agents?

Or was this person just scared to tell me he didn't want to rent to me because I'm visually impaired? The automated response was saying that the room is either gone or has not met my requirements. Just sounds very odd for an automated response to say it doesn't meet my requirements.

"Searchers" have the option to send an automated "decline" response (I can't recall the exact wording) so I expect that agents/advertisers can too

Violet, OK. Just checking. It is very difficult to look for flights though. Very very hard. People think I'm going to burn the house down, or fall down the stairs or some other misconception. Thankfully not everyone, but renting when you have a disability can be very difficult.
