My next door neighbours are really lovely people but their dogs drive me insane. They have 4 dogs and they are left alone for far too long whilst they are working, sometimes out in the garden and they bark so much. We don’t want to sit in our garden as when we speak their dogs will start barking it doesn’t last long but it is every time we make the slightest sound. They really stress my own dog who will run about and cry when they start barking. I need to know if I reported them will they know it’s me and who do I actually contact anyway. I have spoken to them on about 5 occasions now to say their dogs bark alot when they are out. They just say to spray them with the hose but there is no way I am spraying a dog with a hosepipe. WWYD?
