Aibu - DS smelling

DS18 has autism and won’t shower ... there’s no nice way to say this, he drinks, his feet and armpits and everything really.

He wanted a lift somewhere today and I said no as I can’t stand the smell and even then he wouldn’t shower.

What can I do

Will he bath?

Use underarm antiperspirant, the strong stuff perhaps?

If he won't bathe or shower will he let you use baby wipes or bed bath wipes on him and some scented dry shampoo in his hair?

There is also antibacterial stuff can't remember the brand name, it is like a shower in a bottle, it comes out like soapy scented foam, you rub on as though rubbing in soap and it doesn't need rinsing off, maybe that would tide you by until you figure something out ?
